Click & Collect

Our Click and Collect Service is available for customers in the Melbourne area only. Your order will be transported to our offices for collection.

Please select ‘FREE Click & Collect’ this will allow pick up in Carrum Downs, Melbourne, Victoria.

Click and collect is available between Monday and Friday 10am to 4pm and on Saturday by appointment. After you have completed your order and it is ready we will send you an email with the address details and pick up information for our location.

When collecting your order please park in the public car park provided in front of the building. Please have with you a form of identification (eg Drivers License) and a digital or paper copy of your order. If someone is picking up the order on your behalf please let us know in an email to enquiries@thewhiskycompany.com.au OR in the comments when checking out on our website.

Once your order is collected we will process your order as completed and you will receive an email to state that the order has been delivered.
