International Delivery Service

Shipping for international orders will be calculated automatically on checkout by our Australia Post postage calculator. We do not send by courier.

Please be aware that we cannot ship to all countries. It is against aviation and Customs laws to send spirits or liqueur products to Canada and the USA from Australia due to packaging requirements.

If posting internationally The Whisky Company is not liable for any taxes or fees charged by customs or the government of that country. Please check with Customs for import fees for the particular country you are posting to before ordering from our website. We have no control over communication to other Customs Departments overseas and it is only the receiver that is contacted to make payment. Please make sure the receiver knows and understands what is being sent and the possible costs involved. We are unable to organise pre-payment of import taxes, they are charged when the product enters the country it is being sent to.

Please also be aware that if you purchase from overseas and we need to refund you then the exchange rate could result in a loss of funds. All transactions are in Australian Dollars AUD$.

The person receiving the goods at your premises must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of age by means of a valid driver’s licence, passport or other accepted form of ID may be requested at the time of delivery.

We are not registered to refund or exclude any Australian Customs costs and charges (including gst) on all international sales. A refund of these fees and charges can be explored by the purchaser through the Australian Government Taxation Department and Customs department.

A signature is required for all deliveries to be completed.
