About The Distillery
With the distillery situated in Somerville on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia giving access to the freshest produce at the best quality. This area has been famous for wine production for many yers and the addition of spirits will truly take this area to another level.
The owners of the distillery have craft distilling in their blood as it has been a family tradition for generations. Their hope and vision for the small distillery is to experiment and explore the flavours of native, unique and ‘in season’ ingredients.
