Foraged from the wilderness of Tasmania, this sloe gin is a true labour of love. Each fruit is painstakingly pricked multiple times to release its full potential. Allowed to steep over many months in our Classic Dry gin, the character of the humble fruit emerges.
Subtly bitter, delectably sweet. This one is a keeper.
