An independently bottled single malt whisky which has been matured in a rum cask. Expect the rum notes to be very evident, creamy, fruity and minty. Citrus and buttery creamy biscuits delight the palate till the long exciting finish of sweet fruity mangoes, peaches and clementines.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Rum notes are very evident. Very creamy: grassy with lots of exotic fruits and then some freshly made bread and quite minty.

Palate: Oily lemon notes: custard cream biscuits and quite buttery. A little white pepper: rocket salad and golden syrup.

Finish: Long lasting sweet fruity notes. Mangoes: peaches and clementines. A finish that lasts and lasts.
