This independently bottled single cask, single malt Scotch whisky has been matured for 8 years in a refill Hogshead. It was distilled in March 2008 and bottled at 46% in August 2016. Only 328 bottles were produced and it is part of the Povenance range of whisky bottled Douglas Laing.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Floral, with a lovely sweetness to the nose and aromatic spice, honeycomb and toasted malt.
Palate: Very fruity at first, maple syrup and honey along with digestive biscuits and again very floral.
Finish: More spices and honey in the finish which is long and luscious.
