From the Giniversity creative laboratory comes this edgy Gin bringing together the best elements from The Great Southern Distilling Companies stable of premium products.
Starting with a used Limeburners whisky barrel, fresh chilli and garlic which are slowly and naturally ferment, breathing in the fresh and botanically infused Margaret River forest air. Tended to daily until it reaches its prime, it then transforms into our Sriracha Sauce. Giniversity’s premium Dry Gin, having been barrel aged, melds with the oak, whisky, sriracha and a few secret botanicals, to create this signature Sriracha Gin.
