This cask was specially selected to be released as one of Signatory Vintage’s 30th Anniversary celebratory bottling’s. It is a rich and complex whisky which has been matured in a refill Sherry butt for 33 years. This single cask whisky is a superb dram with strawberry sweetness and is balanced by coffee and nutty notes.
