Sassicaia is regarded as one of the most prestigious wines in the world. It is created in the exciting and fashionable Tuscan wine producing region of Bolgheri. After maturing this spirit in first fill Bourbon casks for more than nine years, the whisky was transferred into Sassicaia casks for a further 33 months finishing.
The resultant whisky has developed rich summer fruit influences with smooth milk chocolate, complemented by a smoky edge.
