Official Tasting Notes

Nose without Water: Smoked bacon, baked apple, and lemon peel aromas with a subtle briny edge.

Palate without Water: The palate is creamy with hints of pepper, ripe fruits, and dark chocolate. Grapefruit and charred oak develop on the finish.

Nose with Water: Sweet maple cured bacon aromas with apple, toasted walnut, and citrus peel.

Palate with Water: Creamy and sweet with salted caramel, cooked apple, and white pepper. Dark chocolate and banana flavours combine with a touch of citrus.
