This independent bottle by the Hidden Spirits Whisky Company was distilled at the Ben Nevis distillery in the Highlands region. It has been matured in an ex-Sherry European oak cask for 12 years it is also heavily peated.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Jerk sauce and brisket bark. BBQ sauce and background peatiness. Dark chocolate with time.

Palate: Sherry influence in the form of wood polish but never tannic. When held on the palate, tomato stems and blackened capsicum skins.

Finish: A deep, antique furniture richness, dark chocolate and kiln embers.
