“Hiking through an amber Tasmanian wilderness as the rust red Fagus leaves fall, you hear a firepit crackle and pop nearby.

Fellow pioneers sit and talk around a campfire as smoke tendrils coil upwards to meet the darkening sky. Upon joining them, a nip of Smoky Maple Old Fashioned is handed across to you. Breathing in the slow-roasted tipple hits your senses and notes of maple and cinnamon leap onto your tongue.

New Norfolk Distillery’s Pillar of Autumn ready-to-pour cocktail is a modern take on the classic Old Fashioned. Its blend of spices, hickory and maple flows smoothly and warms slowly.

We suggest serving 45ml-60ml of this over a tumbler of ice. Enjoy sipping this around the fireplace as you share stories with fellow adventurers.”
