Our beloved Victorian Distillery has closed its doors at its Essendon location and will soon be gracing us with its presence in Port Melbourne. To mark the occasion this cask strength bottling was released. Spending time maturing in 1st fill and 2nd fill Apera Casks this whisky delivers everything we would expect from a New World Project.

It’s bottled at 62.3% abv and is limited to 540 bottles.

We had the pleasure of sampling this whisky in Perth at a recent event ‘Whisky Freedom’. All we are willing to reveal is that it is another stunning release with a sweet aromatic nose and lip smackingly good on the palate.

One bottle will not last long.
