This Chardonnay gin is something unique. Sourced from a private vineyard in the Macedon Ranges, the grapes ripened naturally, with minimal intervention from the winemaker.
Picked, pressed and carefully blended, the Chardonnay gin was aged for several months.
The result is exquisite. Ripe and fruity, naturally sweet.
Micro batch distilled by hand and non chill filtered.
