Rabbit Tale Cavehill is a deeply hued bourbon, aged for a minimum of three years in new American oak barrels. The palate is described as warming with hints of citrus, melted toffee and vanilla bean and one of Rabbit Hole’s flagship offerings, labelled as a ‘four-grain triple malt’ recipe due to its mash bill of 70% Corn, 10% Malted Wheat, 10% Malted Barley and 10% Honey Malted Barley. Aged for a minimum of three years in new American oak barrels, the palate is described as warming with hints of citrus, melted toffee and vanilla bean.
