Palate: Full-bodied and remarkably “chewy.” Initial notes of creamy fruit salad and toffee give way to dark cocoa, roasted almonds, and clove spice. The Oloroso influence is clear, offering brown sugar and stewed plums, while a pleasant salinity and engine oil character grounds the sweetness.

The Distillery
