Combining traditional Japanese feathered wing totems with ukiyo-e art, the Shinobu Single Malt Whisky Small Batch edition design embodies the spirit of bushido, the way of the warrior, characterised by perseverance and a resolute attitude, to create a Japanese whisky crafted with unwavering dedication. Matured in bourbon barrels and Mizunara casks for a minimum of three years before being blended and harmonised. Limited edition, with only 3,000 bottles available worldwide. Bottled at 43% Alc/Vol.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: A delightful blend of vanilla and oily notes, complemented by rich chocolate, cacao, and a hint of exotic passion fruit, all rounded off with the elegant aroma of Mizunara oak.

Palate: A smooth and mellow sweetness greets the palate, intertwined with subtle spices, vanilla, and citrus, followed by a gentle smokiness from the oak.

Finish: The whisky leaves a medium, sweet, and woody impression, with a slight bitterness that adds depth and complexity to the overall experience.
