The 2003 release of Macallan 18 year old. A blend of whiskies distilled in 1985 and in earlier years. Macallan is the quintessential collectors’ Speyside and this release has notes of cinnamon and clove.

We would love to have tasted this but I’m afraid it’s just too rare to open and have a wee dram.
