International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout using our Australia Post postage calculator. Please note that we do not ship via courier for international orders.

Important Information:

• Shipping Restrictions: Due to aviation and customs regulations, we cannot ship spirits or liqueur products to Canada and the USA.
  
  
• Customs Duties and Taxes: The Whisky Company is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order. We have no control over communication with overseas customs departments, and the recipient is solely responsible for any import fees. Please ensure the recipient is aware of the potential costs involved. We cannot pre-pay import taxes, as these are levied when the product enters the destination country.
  
  
• Currency Exchange: All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please be aware that currency exchange rates may fluctuate, and you could experience a loss of funds if a refund is issued.
  
  
• Age Restriction: The recipient of the goods must be at least 18 years old or the legal age to accept a delivery of alcohol in the country of destination . Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
  
  
• Australian Customs Costs: We are not registered to refund or exclude any Australian customs costs and charges (including GST) on international sales. If you wish to explore a refund of these fees, please contact the Australian Government Taxation Department and Customs department.
