Established in 1866 by founder Jasper Newton “Jack” Daniel, Jack Daniel Distillery would be the first registered distillery in the United States.

The distillery would open right next to Jack Daniel’s prime resource: the mineral-rich Cave Spring Hollow.
in 1904 Jack Daniel’s “Old No 7” wins a Gold Medal at the World’s Fair in St Louis, the first of 7 Gold Medals it would win, it has been the standard for Tennessee Whisky and a go-to for millions ever since.

Japser “Jack” Daniel died in 1906 after not being able to open his safe at work, kicking it in frustration and breaking his toe. The injury worsened and deteriorated, ultimately cause his death.

Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Select is bottled at 90-proof, Single Barrel Select layers subtle notes of caramel and spice with bright fruit notes and sweet aromatics for a Tennessee Whiskey with one-of-a-kind flavour. Every bottle of Single Barrel is as unique as the barrel it was born in. Some are a bit more oaky, some are a bit more sweet, and no two barrels are exactly the same.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Toasted oak, with hints of toffee sweetness, spice and smoke.

Palate: A sweet full, sweet flavour with elements of rye, fruits, spice and caramel.

Finish: Long sweet finish, with a touch of fruitiness.
