Paul John Single Malts being launched in 2012 and since the launch have won many global awards. Using the wisdom and the extraordinary skill of their Master Distiller Michael D’Souza, the six row barley that is sourced from foothills of Himalayas, the unique micro climate and the pure waters from Goa Paul John Single Malt is able to capture the wonderful aromas and flavours we would expect from our favourite whiskies.

Crafted from spirit initially matured in ex-bourbon casks and then experienced a finish in Colheita Tawny Port Casks and bottled at 46% Alc/Vol. It certainly does have a Christmassy feel and taste to it.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Raisins, dates, nutmeg, dark chocolate and vanilla custard.

Palate: Summer red fruits, ginger biscuits, golden syrup and bursting with Christmas cake notes.

Finish: Long with dried dark fruits and soft Christmas cake spices.
