Yamazaki was founded in 1924 and was built at a famous site where three rivers converge. The warehouses sit sheltered by a bamboo forest and the distillery can sometimes not been seen due to mist.

This 12 year old expression from the distillery is delicate and elegant with complex aromas. A very popular drinkable whisky that is now sought after by collectors and whisky drinkers worldwide. Currently only available in small batches every 6 months this single malt whisky from Japan is truly spectacular.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange, vanilla, Mizunara.

Palate: Coconut, cranberry, butter.

Finish: Sweet ginger, cinnamon, long finish.
