Launched for the travel retail market in 2010 Leif Eriksson has become a very popular dram of Highland Park connoisseurs over the past few years. It was launched to celebrate the first European to reach America over a thousand years ago. The whisky is matured in ex- bourbon American oak casks and ex-Sherry American oak casks. A very tasty whisky.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Vanilla fudge meets smooth oak and a little dark chocolate with sea salt and orange tang.

Palate: The vanilla carries on the palate with more caramels and sweetness. There’s plenty of dried fruits and a little spice.

Finish: Wood smoke and milk chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg.
