Crafted from malts finished in ex-bourbon, brandy and peated Oloroso casks, the chestnut-hued Paul John Christmas Edition 2022 from the exotic shores of Goa, offers rich aromas of sweet oak, dry spice and baked apples and peaches, enhanced with dark chocolate. Soft flavours of mellow peat, orange dark chocolate and a light peppery spice laced with delicious plum cake and butterscotch lead to a deep, creamy, and lingering finish of a profuse hazelnut. Bottled at 46% ABV

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Oak and spice, fresh apple pie and notes of dark chocolate.

Palate: Soft peat, Terry’s chocolate orange, with peppery spice and slight caramel sweetness.

Finish: Long finish, nutty chocolate notes.
