About The Distillery
Ailsa Bay is situated in the Lowlands Whisky Region of Scotland. The distillery looks out over the Clyde coast towards the small island of Ailsa Craig, Kintyre, and the Isle of Arran. The distillery has eight stills and produce a wide variety of whisky including single grain and peated whisky.
The stills here are shaped the same as The Balvenie stills allowing William Grant & Sons to offer ‘Balvenie Style’ malt for Grant’s blends.
