Established in 1999 by David Baker to prove a point that exceptional quality single malt whisky could be produced in Australia. The distillery handcrafts each of its whiskies from single cask to produce a single malt of outstanding character, consistency and detail. The distillery is independent, family-owned with the name being inspired by the Eureka Stockade. Staying true to the classic whiskies of the highlands of Scotland, the distillery uses only malted barley, yeast and water, and malts are matured for around 6-8 years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels.

This miniature sample pack consists of five single malt whiskies distilled, matured and bottled at the Bakery Hill Distillery on the outskirts of Melbourne. Included in the pack is the Classic Single Malt Whisky, the Double Wood Single Malt Whisky, the Peated Single Malt Whisky, the Classic Cask Strength and the Peated Cask Strength. All bottled at various alcohol by volumes and available in five 50ml bottles.
