Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich linseed, fennel seeds, cornflakes, a slice of lemon and a little soot from the mine!

Palate: Yellow plum and fragrant spice with oily mouthfeel and that sooty character never far away.

Finish: Long with cask char, wood smoke and a touch of lingering cumin.
