Its beautiful inflorescence has important ornamental and ceremonial uses. Also known as: tepextate or tepeztate (Oaxaca),
Nose: Soft with notes of fresh apples and citrus with a touch of spicy pepper and pine needles.
Palate: Smooth citrus up front, later developing flavours of fresh herbs and tropical fruits, with a hint of pepper and orange peel.
Finish: Pleasant, medium finish.
