Using the wisdom and the extraordinary skill of their Master Distiller Michael D’Souza, the six row barley that is sourced from foothills of Himalayas, the unique micro climate and the pure waters from Goa Paul John Single Malt is able to capture the wonderful aromas and flavours we would expect from our favourite whiskies.

This whisky from Paul John has been finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, giving it wonderful elements of dried fruits and baking spices. Bottled at 48% alc/vol.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Heavy on sherry and dried fruit.

Palate: Chocolate covered berries, slight orange peel bitterness and spice.

Finish: Baking spices and more dried fruit.
