Using the wisdom and the extraordinary skill of their Master Distiller Michael D’Souza, the six row barley that is sourced from foothills of Himalayas, the unique micro climate and the pure waters from Goa Paul John Single Malt is able to capture the wonderful aromas and flavours we would expect from our favourite whiskies.

This whisky from Paul John has been finished in Pedro Ximenez casks, giving it wonderful elements of dried fruits, citrus peels and vanilla cake and bold, strong chocolate notes. Bottled at 48% ABV

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Citrus peel, milk chocolate notes with stewed fruits and a light peppery note at the end.

Palate: Coffee and sultanas, stone fruits with dark chocolate.

Finish: Long, lingerings finish of Christmas cake and more chocolate.
