This 10 year old expression from Speyburn won a gold medal at the 2006 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and has continued to rate and impress ever since.
It has been matured in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for 10 years before being bottled at 40% ABV
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Lots of fruit and citrus peel, fresh cut apples with hints of oak and spice.
Palate: Light and easy on the palate, smooth malt with hints of herbs and anise.
Finish: Medium finish with a soft note of smoke.
