Apothecary Gin is distilled at Killara Distillery in Goodwood by second generation Australian Distiller Kristy Booth-Lark (daughter of Bill Lark). The distillery is the first one in Australia to be owned and operated by a second generation distiller (and a female!). Kristy has over 18 years experience in the industry.

Apothecary Gin is produced using 10 different botanicals that are each individually distilled in a small copper pot still then married together to create the perfectly balanced gin. This gives greater control and consistency over each botanical and each batch.

The main botanicals are juniper, coriander, several different types of citrus and some native Australian botanicals.

Official Tasting Notes

The Apothecary Gin itself is very juniper driven with hints of citrus, full mouth coverage and crisp clean finish. It is fantastic on its own and also goes well in a classic G’n’T, negroni, martini etc. I love it with a dash of ruby grapefruit juice over ice.
