An independently bottled single malt whisky which has been matured in a wine cask. Expect strawberries, raspberries and brandy snaps on the nose. Mouth coating with currents and brambles and sweet creamy sherry.
Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Strawberries, raspberry coulis. Very floral, bubblegum, brandy snaps, and liqueur chocolates.
Palate: Rich, chewy and very mouth coating. Red currants and brambles. Sweet sherry and quite creamy.
Finish: More berry fruits develop in finish, along with ginger and lingering creaminess.
