Tasting Notes

Nose: Opening with gentle vanilla, leading into green fruits with toasted caramel.

Palate: Mellow & sweet. Warm honey with baked pear and apple, centred with a backbone of oak & leather.

Finish: Long, oily finish, with a touch of requisite spice to balance lingering honey nut.
