Matured in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels and has been bottled at 40% ABV

Tasting Notes

Nose: Stone fruits and slight floral notes give way to brittle toffee and a touch of spice

Palate: More fruit, vanilla and rich baking spices, ginger snaps

Finish: lingering finish of fruit and spice
