This rare whisky from the Rest & Be Thankful Range is a wonderful Island whisky produced at the Isle of Arran Distillery. The spirit was filled into casks that previously stored American Bourbon, then left to sleep for 18 years before being bottled straight from the cask. No chill-filtration and colouring.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Freshly cooked Gingerbread men, digestive biscuits and Turkish Delight.

Palate: Creamy malted barely, tropical fruits of mango and coconut, lemon citrus, ginger spice.

Finish: Tropical fruits, citrus and spice.
