It is the second or third highest selling single malt scotch whisky in the world behind Glenfiddich and Glenlivet. The distillery produces a number of expressions each year but non are as sought after as the rare cask.

Vibrant Oak is a unique collaboration with Cirque du Soleil, the world renowned entertainment company known for its creativity and artistry. This partnership celebrates The Macallan’s 200th anniversary and highlights the connection between nature and human experience.

The whisky itself is matured in a combination of first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks. This combination delivers a vibrant and balanced flavour profile, showcasing the classic characteristics of American oak, such as vanilla, citrus, and sweet oak notes.

The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak is bottled at 44.2% alc/vol, and like all Macallan whiskies, it’s non-chill filtered and has natural colour.

Our Tasting Notes
