This 3 year old single malt whisky from the New World Distillery in Essendon Fields Victoria is a stand out whisky to explore. The clear liquid breaks all the rules in whisky making and the flavour profile will keep you guessing on how it was produced. It’s probably not a whisky that will be copied or produced again but whilst it’s here we may as well enjoy its unique look, delicious taste and savour the hype.

It’s a perfect cocktail mixer, a superb whisky flight beginner and even a collectors piece. Only 556 bottles produced.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Plenty of cut fruit, fruit salad of melon, apple, banana, kiwi. Sherbet dib dabs, white pepper.

Palate: Still plenty of fruit and a touch of oak. Very clean freshness and oily mouthfeel.

Finish: Stewed fruits and candied zest.
