North Star Spirits is an independent bottler based in Glasgow, Scotland. They pride themselves on bottling the finest single malt Scotch whisky, blended whisky and blended malt Scotch whisky. Producing artisan single cask whisky from various regions of Scotland as well as bottling rums, gins and Bourbon whiskey. All products are small batch, bottled at cask strength.

A wonderful creation by the team at North Star. This bottle contains Pedro Ximenez Sherry drawn from refill Hogshead casks that previously held whisky. A bit of a backwards way to think about this process but the result is outstanding especially if you have a sweet tooth. Made in Spain and bottled in Scotland. Only 370 bottles created at 17% ABV.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Berry jam and raisin toast with sultanas, figs and dates.

Taste: Chocolate brownies, black coffee, raisins and walnuts.

Finish: Medium to long with a clean fresh texture.
