Our Tasting Notes
Nose:Â Raisins and figs, dried apricots and vanilla pods. Ginger and oak.
Palate: Valencia oranges, raisin ice cream, peppery spice and hints of peppermint.
Finish:Â Freshly made brioche, salted butter.
