Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Citrus, apples and baking spices, mainlty cinnamon and soft, chewey caramel.

Palate: Heavier, warmer flavours of dark toffee, dried fruits and orange peel. Pepper and Rye.

Finish: The vermouth comes through here, slightly bitter.
