Drawn from a combination of 10 first-fill American oak barrels, 8 Sherry Hogsheads, 8 Sherry butts and 3 refill American oak barrels, the whisky was all allowed to marry in the eponymous Tun 1509 under the watchful eye of The Balvenie Malt Master David Stewart.

Rich and fruity, balanced spice and dark sherry-cask characters with elegant oak.
