Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich Sherry, caramel koala’s, raspberries and cream, honeycomb

Palate: Rich and creamy, plenty of Sherry notes, blackcurrant and apples, spicy with orange rind and Tunnocks teacakes.

Finish: Thyme, mint, summer pudding, cracked black pepper.
