Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Decadent notes of rich raisin syrup, sticky toffee pudding, and dark honey. Warming spices like nutmeg and cinnamon mingle with toasted hazelnuts and polished oak.

Palate: Full bodied, silky, and opulent. Waves of treacle pudding, black cherry jam, and fig glide across the palate, balanced by dark chocolate, roasted almond, and a spicy flash of candied citrus.

Finish: Long, warming, and persistent. Lingering notes of sherry soaked fruitcake, dry cocoa nibs, and a final hint of spiced orange peel.
