Produced by Chugoku Jozo at its Sakurao distillery, Sakurao Japanese Dry Gin is made with a selection of local botanicals including Yuzu, cherry blossom, Japanese cypress, and oyster shell, alongside some traditional ingredients like juniper and coriander.
Tasting Notes
Rich in Japanese citrus fruits, with a fragrant green tea and Juniper essence. The gentle sweetness of this gin makes it perfect to drink straight or with soda, also recommended in a gimlet or blending with citrus juice like orange or grapefruit.
