Our Tasting Notes

Nose: A very pleasant bitterness to the aroma balances well with the sweetness of the Sherry, Chocolate Orange chips, caramel nougat, shortbread and lightly smokey.

Palate: Rich and chocolaty, marshmallow strawberry shortcake, peanut butter cookies, treacle and fig jam.

Finish: Fresh tobacco, cedar wood, digestive biscuits, summer berries and more smokey goodness.
