This single cask single malt whisky was distilled at the at an undisclosed distillery before being placed in a single Refill Hogshead and left to mature for 11 years. Bottled at 57.4% abv as part of the North Start Cask Series Number 3.
Only 300 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Freshly baked cheesecake with caramelised sugar.
Palate: Buttery and creamy with smoke and freshness.
Finish: Lemon peel and old pianos
